Produced in Colombia using a co-fermented grape maceration process, this coffee delivers an unmistakably juicy cup layered with intense purple grape sweetness, sparkling soda-like acidity, and a smooth creaming soda finish.

Built on a base of Castillo and Bourbon varietals, the profile is playful yet refined; Bright, candy-like, and incredibly expressive both hot and cooled down.
