Refund policy

 We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Project Zero Coffee, so we offer a 30-day return policy.

If you are not satisfied with any purchase you have made from us for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of shipment for a replacement or a credit note. Please include your name, purchase date, order number, items and quantities being returned, and the reason for the return.

Items to be mailed back should be sent to: Project Zero Coffee, Shop 1, 140 King Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000.

Please note:

• Merchandise must be returned in its original, new condition with all packaging intact.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping charges must be prepaid.
• Items bought online can be exchanged at any Project Zero Coffee shop with proof of purchase.
• If the goods are faulty, incorrectly described, different from what was ordered, or do not function properly, you can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit.
