Welcome to projectzero.coffee (the 'Site'). Below are the basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

  1. Transaction Currency and Pricing All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  2. Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries within Australia

We strive to pack and send all orders within one business day of your order. We deliver using Australia Post and can ship to PO Boxes.

If you select standard post at checkout, you should expect your items to arrive within 5-7 working days. If you select express post, your items should arrive within 2-4 working days.*

*Please note: Delivery to more remote regional areas, as well as Western Australia and the Northern Territory, may take longer. All time frames quoted are estimates—postal delays are outside our control once goods have been dispatched. Additionally, Australia Post is currently overwhelmed with parcel volumes due to COVID-19, so your parcel may take a little longer.

International Orders

We strive to pack and send all orders within one business day of your order. We deliver using Australia Post. While we try to make the website as accurate as possible in calculating the postage, if there is a significant difference between the estimated and actual postage cost, we will get in touch with you to arrange additional payment. Please allow 5-21* business days (depending on location) for delivery to your destination. Please note, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and it is up to the customer to find out what these costs may entail.

*Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services. COVID-19 has also caused some delays - please refer to Australia Post for international shipping updates.

  1. Customer Service Project Zero Coffee is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct.

We strive to pack and ship all orders every Wednesday; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.

  1. Ongoing Coffee Club Subscriptions If you signed up for an ongoing subscription, your first charge will be on the day you purchased the subscription. After your first delivery, we will then charge you each time we pack and send out your coffee club subscription delivery. Dates for send-outs can be found on our Coffee Club FAQ page (see question 1).

Ongoing subscriptions can be canceled at any time by logging into your account or via email. Please note we require 3 working days' notice to cancel your subscription if we are advised via email. You can read more about this and other details related to the Coffee Club on our FAQ page.

  1. Returns and Refund Policy We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Project Zero Coffee website, so we have a 14-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please provide your name, date of purchase, order number, the items and quantities being returned, and the reason for the return. Goods that need to be posted back can be sent to: Project Zero Coffee, Shop 1, 140 King Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000.

Please note:

  • Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition, including all original packaging.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
  • Items purchased online can be exchanged at any Project Zero Coffee shop (with proof of purchase).
  • If the goods are faulty, incorrectly described, different from what was ordered, or do not function properly, you may choose between a refund, exchange, or credit.
  1. Errors While Project Zero Coffee takes all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on the Project Zero Coffee website, from time to time there may be information on the website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, tax invoice, or other document or information issued by Project Zero Coffee that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

Project Zero Coffee reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted) without any liability on the part of Project Zero Coffee. Project Zero Coffee will not be bound by incorrect information that appears on the Project Zero Coffee website or in any other document or information issued by Project Zero Coffee.

  1. Warranties Project Zero Coffee products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policies above. The Project Zero Coffee website and all contents of this site are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of the Site, that your use of Project Zero Coffee's website is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of Project Zero Coffee's website, and that Project Zero Coffee shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this site.

Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the users of our Site. You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. Security When purchasing from Project Zero Coffee, your details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
